Rachel AO is a singer-songwriter, and performing artist, based in Los Angeles, California. Her music combines elements of piano driven pop, soul, and folk. 

Originally from Michigan, Rachel AO studied classical voice, piano, theatre, and dance all throughout her life. No stranger to the stage, she has been performing since she was four years old. At the age of thirteen she toured Europe with the Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp International choir, and in college she proceeded to cultivate her songwriting skills when she was selected to join the Contemporary Music Center, an invite only music industry experience based on Martha’s Vineyard. Rachel AO has also been cast in several musical theater productions, leading as the character Joanne Jefferson in the musical RENT (2015), and as Mary Magdalene in a production of Jesus Christ Superstar (2016). 

She has spent 2021 in the recording studio in Los Angeles, CA. Her debut single “Perfect”, is available on all platforms February 4, 2022.
