BOARD PRESIDENT/FOUNDER

Camille Ora-Nicole (she/they) is a Writer, Producer, and Artist hailing from Compton and West Rancho Dominguez. She started Q26 as a platform for queer creatives of color to find each other, learn from each other, and create together. Their passions span across diverse mediums, including filmmaking, writing, and photography. Camille has most recently published a poetry book called “Macro Micro Atomic”.

TREASURER

Angelica is a seasoned business consultant and licensed real estate agent & finance broker with experience working in for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Her real estate experience includes commercial, & residential, acquisitions as well as structuring the financing. Currently, Angelica consults on the full life-cycle with several business owners in the city of Los Angeles, including many LGBTQ+ owned & led brands.

SECRETARY

Kaila (they/he) is a live theatre artist. They direct, produce, write, and act, all focusing on queer stories and classics. By day, he teaches theatre to elementary school students.

Cara (she/they) has been in film, TV & marketing production for over 10 years here in LA. She prioritizes diversity on every set, and fiercely advocates for those underrepresented in the industry. She enjoys being able to share her knowledge with the new generation of BIPOC + LGBTQIA+ creatives looking to break into the production world.

Kelly Balch is a pioneering Los Angeles-based photographer, celebrated for her trailblazing work in the queer wedding industry and with over 14 years of experience. Her photography has been featured in over 33 global magazines, including Vogue and The Guardian, highlighting her diverse skills and international recognition. In 2022, she expanded her reach by founding KBi, an agency bringing together talented photographers and videographers. Beyond her visual art, Kelly authors the queer-fantasy fiction series "Aphrodite’s Sister," showcasing her storytelling flair. As a non-binary, queer entrepreneur, Kelly champions diversity and inclusivity.
